· Choices Seminars:  I personally attended this seminar and have sponsored  (paid for) someone to attend after attending myself.  That is how much I feel like one can get something out of this seminar.  It includes lots of exercises and activities to facilitate a deeper dialogue for getting more of what we want out of life and overcoming the obstacles prevention us from getting them.

· Oklahoma Marriage Initiative:  I also attended this seminar and it had many of the same important components as Choices for communication techniques and tools to better understand how the people in you life work.  I attended two of their seminars and loved them both and the best part is that you are getting a lot of the same tools you get from Choices Seminars, which cost me over $2000, Free!

· Every Man’s Battle:  I have not yet attended this one but it is on my to do list.  I did join a small group for married people at my church which was a very  positive experience and still rewards me every day.  I agree with 90 percent of the message.  I am a little leery about it being very Christian.  Fear of a lot of proselytizing.
